Project Kaladan – Tokenized Treasury Architecture

Client Type: Confidential | Digital Asset Infrastructure
Role: Strategic Designer & Treasury Advisor
Year: 2024–2025

Problem:

Stablecoins lacked a compliant, programmable structure for regulated institutions and SMBs to access yield, liquidity, and working capital across cross-border trade environments.

Action:

Designed a dual-tier decentralized treasury framework:

  • An MMF-style stablecoin yield layer for SMBs

  • An institutional-grade liquidity tier for tokenized off-take agreements and commodity-backed flows

  • Developed architecture leveraging compliant stablecoin frameworks to enable programmable liquidity, yield access, and escrow mechanisms across institutional trade and finance environments.

Result:

Delivered a scalable model supporting tokenized capital formation for both enterprise and sovereign-aligned use cases. Positioned the infrastructure to enable stablecoin settlement, escrow, and yield across LNG, commodities, and SMB lending — using NYDFS-regulated assets.

Tools / Concepts:

Stablecoin Architecture · Tokenized Liquidity Strategy · Smart Contract Design (Conceptual) ·
Cross-Border Payment Systems · Sovereign/Enterprise Use Case Modeling · Risk-Mitigation Structuring · DeFi x TradFi Integration
