Aureon – Doctrine-Driven Treasury & Settlement Governance
Type: RSS Platform Venture | Institutional Digital Asset Infrastructure
Role: Architect & Principal Designer
Year: 2024–Present
Problem:
Institutions moving into tokenized assets and stablecoin settlement lack an operating layer that enforces governance the way their existing infrastructure does — pre-trade control, settlement visibility, and auditable, human-approved execution. Aureon is the RSS answer: an institutional-grade financial operating system for digital assets.
Action:
Designed and built Aureon, a doctrine-driven financial operating system prototype for portfolio governance, pre-trade control, settlement visibility, and human-approved execution. The platform comprises:
An open-source governance data layer (Cato FICC MCP) spanning NY Fed, FRED, TreasuryDirect, OFR, and SEC EDGAR data, with a multi-chain settlement router
An operator front end with governance ceremony screens and doctrine review workflows
A dual-tier treasury architecture pairing an MMF-style stablecoin yield layer with an institutional liquidity tier for tokenized off-take and commodity-backed flows
Result:
A working prototype under active development, with core components published open-source at github.com/br-collab. Aureon sits at the intersection of RSS’s two strengths: institutional asset-services operations and tokenized market infrastructure — built with the governance discipline regulated institutions already require.
