Problem:
A global client account services organization ran coverage, onboarding, and product data across disconnected tools — 15 enterprise Salesforce licenses’ worth of spend without a unified view of the client lifecycle.
Action:
Built a proprietary client lifecycle CRM from zero: consolidated coverage, onboarding, and product data into a single platform, paired with executive dashboards and workflow reporting that translate multi-workstream operational data into decision-ready briefs for COO and Treasurer sponsors — covering risk, status, KPIs, and trade-offs.
Result:
Adopted across the global client account services team — eliminating all 15 enterprise Salesforce licenses while improving visibility into the client book at every level.
